  1. Dead Leicester Tours reserves the right to refuse entry to intoxicated persons, and will not tolerate in any way abusive or threatening behaviour to staff. In such instances tickets will not be refunded.
  2. Dead Leicester Tours asks that clients are mindful of others during the tour, and anyone behaving in a disruptive manner will be asked to leave.
  3. We advise everyone on the tour to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for an outdoor tour.
  4. All persons attending the historic ghost tour do so at their own risk, and Dead Leicester cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur while attending the duration of the tour.

Health and Safety Statement

Health and Safety measures shall be monitored and enforced in order to avoid risks to the employees and to safeguard the health and safety of visitors and members of the general public who could be affected by our activities.

The management and supervisory staff have a responsibility for implementing this policy and will ensure that health and safety factors are fully adhered to. Managers or supervisors are responsible for ensuring that employees fully understand our health and safety rules. The organisation and details of this document will be freely available.
